2025 Ford Endeavour will be launch soon for rule on market

2025 Ford Endeavour : Ford India is all set to fight back in the Indian auto industry with the much awaited 2025 Ford Endeavour as they are now planning to launch it in India between March 2025 and early 2026.

The resurgence of the American carmaker in the Indian space would come as a moment of reckoning, after a February 2021 decision to withdraw from India, where it has a loyal customer base waiting for the brand to get back to its feet.

The new Endeavour – known as the Everest internationally, will be seen with modern design, superior driving dynamics along with fuel efficiency and many high tech features, that will challenge the current market leaders in one of the most competitive segments in the country – the full – size SUV.

Positioning on the market and strategy

2025 Ford Endeavour competes against the likings of Toyota Fortuner and Fortuner Legender, MG Gloster, Skoda Kodiaq and Jeep Meridian in this fiercely competitive segment.

Priced in the range of ₹ 35-50 lakh (ex-showroom), the Endeavour is a premium SUV that is all about engineering and features that make it a cut above the rest, and then there is simply its driving dynamics which are hard to ignore as well.

Ford will be using the government’s 2,500-unit exemption rule to test the market as well as create a strategy for their return.

Design Evolution and Features

The refreshed Endeavour dons a tough oath to be bigger and tougher than others on the road.

The SUV is more aggressive looking now thanks to a squarer front-end that houses a huge grille featuring horizontal bars that seamlessly move into Matrix LED headlights with piercing C-shaped daytime running lights.

Thanks to a 40mm longer wheelbase than its predecessor, the new car gives more interior space, though it retains its ruggedness with muscular wheel arches which accommodate imposing 20-inch alloy wheels.

The inside is a quantum leap in luxury and tech as well. The main event is a 12-inch tall-oriented touchscreen infotainment system featuring Ford’s latest SYNC system, paired with a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster.

The list of luxury appointments goes on with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof covering 75% of the roof area, ventilated and heated front seats, a full 360-degree camera system, wireless charging, three-zone automatic climate control, and an immersive 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system.

Performance and Safety Excellence

Ford has equipped an engine delivering more than enough power to meet its size. The 2.0 litre Bi-Turbo diesel – with 210 PS and 500 Nm of torque – is sufficiently strong for the majority of situations.

The headline, 3.0-litre V6 turbo diesel, though, is a belter, producing a punchy 250hp at 3,250rpm and a stonking 600Nm of torque from 1,750-2,250rpm.

And both engines are paired with a high-end 10-speed automatic transmission with available advanced 4WD that provides all-terrain and towing capabilities for every drive.

Safety takes a priority position with nine airbags, full cromprehensive ADAS Level 2 system incorporating Pre-Collision Assist (which incorporates Intersection Assist), ACC with lane-keeping assist, hands-free parking, Reverse Brake Assist and ESP.

The car has attained a 5-star ANCAP safety rating, demonstrating Ford’s focus safety of passengers.
